Children's Ministry
Purpose
The purpose of the Children's Ministry, grades 1-5, is to share Christ with the children, discover their Spiritual Gifts, to advance their knowledge of the Bible, grow in their faith and minister to the needs of their families. the basis for our purpose is found in Proverbs 22:6 - "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."
Activities
An outside activity is planned for the children once a month.
Sunday School
Each Sunday at 9:15 a.m. in the Church Street Kids Suite
AWANA
A Bible-centered program, used by churches internationally, to reach boys and girls withe gospel of Christ and train them to serve Him. The name AWANA is an acrostic for "Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed" (2 Timothy 2:15). AWANA has been a leader in children's ministry, helping churches and parents worldwide raise children to know, love, and serve Christ for nearly 60 years.
